Wow, best find ever, for storage. Gated with 24/7 surveillance. Property is clean. Easy access to all units. I choose the climate controlled unit; temp around 69°f inside. The lighting is automatic once you enter the building. I had enough light from the hallways to see everything in my unit. The office help is amazing. I also rented a uhaul from them to do a local move. It was an easy pickup and drop off. They also have parking spots to rent, outdoor units to rent, along with climate controlled units. After dealing with this establishment, I would not rent anywhere else in the Staunton area. Thank you for such great accommodations!

I really want to make it a priority to mention what great service and assistance the site manager, Bree, was throughout my time renting. I really can't say enough about how helpful and professional she was and completely the reason for the five stars. She was great at explaining the rental policies and working within the rules to help when "life happened" so I didn't lose my things and I was able to leave on very good terms. While the facility is new, clean, and easily accessable I would chose to rent from a manager like Bree over any other facility every time I was given the choice. Overall it was a great experience.
